WOW! Where to start with family news? We promise to post news often about the whole family, and here is the current update. Amanda, Marc, Ashley & Kyle: They are all healthy and enjoying the beautiful summer in the great northwest. Marc and his company, Bridge Building Supply is as busy and successful as ever and enjoying the current growth in Clark County! Amanda has cut back on her days at the Allstate Office in Battle Ground to help more with the building supply. Both are very active in the local NRA. Ashley & Kyle are 12 & 10 years old – WOW! Do we feel old! They both arrived here on July 3rd for a two week visit, and will return July 16th when Donna flies back for a summer stay. Wade, Michelle and Connor: They are also healthy and that Connor is a ‘crack-up’. He talks really well for a 2 year-old and loves to shoot hoops and swim. He also has a heck of an arm on him, usually throwing left-handed. We are lucky enough to have Connor on Mondays, and the occasional ‘sleep-over’. We had a blast with him taking Connor to Iowa with us in late April for a Cross family celebration. And this is the primary reason we moved to Texas! . . . To spend time with Wade and his family! Tyler (Toby): Toby is doing well, working for Hagedorn Surveyors in Vancouver. He and his SO (significant other), Jocelyn Teel, both joined us in Baja for a week in May, and Toby came to Texas the week following Connor’s 2nd birthday in June. Family friend, and often referred to as our 3rd son, Josh Behrens and his SO, Megan Morley were also here. Toby, Josh, Wade and I all spent a day on Lake Texoma fishing. We enjoyed a mess of fish for a fish-fry that night! He and Jocelyn have been in Western Montana this past week with Jocelyn’s family.
