FAMILY

Pati Beseda, my favorite Ridgefield sister-in-law is quite an artist, among her many other talents. She is very crafty, a seamstress, and much more! The photo here is a painting Pati painted, copying a sunset photo from Laguna Madre Bay off Padre Island along the coast in southern Texas. Thanks again for the gift Pati! Wade & Michelle are moving! They put their North Dallas house on the market on a Thursday and sold it the following Saturday. The buyers didn’t want to ‘dicker’ if they would agree to an early closing and be out by the end of the month! WOW! . . . . Such a deal! They have already bought a house in Frisco, Texas, about 15 minutes northwest of us. That means they will be 15 minutes closer and we won’t have to use the heavily congested US 75 anymore for our visits. The new house is 2 years old compared to the one they sold that was 26+ years old. It is a beautiful home and they will be all in, but not settled by the time Donna and I get back from Washington Wednesday evening!
