TEXAS LIVING!

Today for breakfast while at work I had home-made breakfast tacos. Lydia, one of the ladies who works in the meat department, makes different Mexican dishes for some of us at work. I have been buying home-made, authentic tamales and salsa, and now soon to be stuffed poblano chile peppers. I have been treated several times to breakfast and lunch with Lydia’s tacos, rice and salsa. Lydia uses authentic masa to make her tortillas and tamales. YUM! And then when I got off work today, Mrs. Baird’s Bakery had their huge grill in the parking lot for a charity function. Large grilled hot dogs, choice of drink, chips and Baird’s donuts – all for a dollar donation! Shown here is Lydia and "The Grill"!
