Hey y’all! Our weather has turned absolutely gorgeous! We are now having ‘near-perfect’ days - around 80 degrees with sunny, blue skies. Nights have really cooled off to the upper 50’s, making for very comfortable sleeping. Special thanks to all our friends and Cross family members who called Friday – Sunday to check up on us while we were under threat of severe weather! We heard from friends and relatives in Washington, Arizona, Nebraska, and Louisiana. Hurricane Ike didn’t get us, but have to feel bad for those who lost everything!
