Well! Happy Father’s Day to me and Happy Birthday to Connor. We were both surprised yesterday! BECAUSE THEY DID IT AGAIN! Yesterday I was going to meet with Donna and Wade and get our meat for smoking today. We were going to meet in the Market Street Deli where I work. I walked over there and guess what? There stood Marc, Amanda, Ashley, Kyle, Toby, Jocelyn, Wade, Michelle & Donna. Could have knocked me over with a feather! That’s two years in a row they’ve surprised me and I couldn’t be happier! Tonight is dinner at Wade’s and tomorrow Marc will give me tips on smoking. Sunday is lunch with smoked pulled pork, baby-back ribs, hot links and chicken. Michelle’s family is also here this weekend for Connor’s birthday and Father’s Day. I am sooooo lucky! What a wonderful Father’s Day weekend for me!

Do you have any idea how hard it's been to keep this secret? I was so glad when Amanda told me it was a SECRET so I didn't accidentally say something when I left comments. Oh, and I deleted that other post because I didn't want to be arrested for kiddie porn! I still have the photo saved though, heehee.....

Yeah...It was so hard not to blurt it out that they were coming when you called the other day! You probably thought I was silly when I quickly put you on hold vs. chatting but I didn't want to give anything away. hee hee. You know Laurie & her big mouth! Glad it remained a surprise & that you had a terrific time. :)
