Congratulations! . . . Congrats to my favorite daughter-in-law Michelle here in North Texas! She just passed another very difficult and challenging test to become a registered financial advisor. Michelle also has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech in Lubbock and many, many other financial licenses and cerrtifications. And congratulations to my brother-in-law Nin of Ridgefield, WA.. At age 57 he bettered his own Washington State record in the bench press this past week in the 242 lb. class, lifting 457 pounds. I remember the old days when he used to squat and dead-lift well over 600 pounds! And then there is our own Nastia Liukin of Parker, Texas, winning a gold medal last night in the Olympics for the women’s gymnastics all-around. For all you family and friends who have visited us, remember visiting Southfork Ranch? That’s about 5 minutes from our house and it is located in Parker, Texas! Heck! I guess that makes us and Nastia neighbors!
